Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP facilitates the building of an essential element in the therapeutic process - rapport. Without it, progress is greatly hampered. It builds mutual trust and respect between client and therapist - vital if speedy, permanent healing is to be achieved.
NLP is particularly effective in overcoming phobias and traumatic events. It may also be used to increase areas of personal excellence in areas such as sport, study and personal relationships.
